詩篇 第 4

（ 大 衛 的 詩， 交 與 伶 長。 用 絲 弦 的 樂 器。 ） 顯 我 為 義 的 神 啊， 我 呼 籲 的 時 候， 求 你 應 允 我 ！ 我 在 困 苦 中， 你 曾 使 我 寬 廣 ； 現 在 求 你 憐 恤 我， 聽 我 的 禱 告 ！

Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

你 們 這 上 流 人 哪， 你 們 將 我 的 尊 榮 變 為 羞 辱 要 到 幾 時 呢 ？ 你 們 喜 愛 虛 妄， 尋 找 虛 假， 要 到 幾 時 呢 ？ （ 細 拉 ）

O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.

你 們 要 知 道， 耶 和 華 已 經 分 別 虔 誠 人 歸 他 自 己 ； 我 求 告 耶 和 華， 他 必 聽 我。

But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

你 們 應 當 畏 懼， 不 可 犯 罪 ； 在 床 上 的 時 候， 要 心 裡 思 想， 並 要 肅 靜。 （ 細 拉 ）

Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

當 獻 上 公 義 的 祭， 又 當 倚 靠 耶 和 華。

Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

有 許 多 人 說 ： 誰 能 指 示 我 們 甚 麼 好 處 ？ 耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 仰 起 臉 來， 光 照 我 們。

There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.

你 使 我 心 裡 快 樂， 勝 過 那 豐 收 五 穀 新 酒 的 人。

Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.

我 必 安 然 躺 下 睡 覺， 因 為 獨 有 你 ─ 耶 和 華 使 我 安 然 居 住。

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
