我 為 主 被 囚 的 勸 你 們 ： 既 然 蒙 召， 行 事 為 人 就 當 與 蒙 召 的 恩 相 稱。
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

行事為人當與蒙召的恩相稱——不是去賺取它，而是反映它。你已經領受了珍貴的東西；現在用一種展現其價值的方式生活。
凡 事 謙 虛 、 溫 柔 、 忍 耐， 用 愛 心 互 相 寬 容，
With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

用 和 平 彼 此 聯 絡， 竭 力 保 守 聖 靈 所 賜 合 而 為 一 的 心。
Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

用和平彼此聯絡，竭力保守聖靈所賜合而為一的心。合一已經在聖靈裡存在了；我們的工作是維護它，不是創造它。
身 體 只 有 一 個， 聖 靈 只 有 一 個， 正 如 你 們 蒙 召 同 有 一 個 指 望。
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

一個身體、一位聖靈、一個指望——「一」在不斷累積。在一個執著於多樣性的世界裡，這裡有一種在一個共同盼望中找到合一的多樣性。
一 主， 一 信， 一 洗，
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

一 神， 就 是 眾 人 的 父， 超 乎 眾 人 之 上， 貫 乎 眾 人 之 中， 也 住 在 眾 人 之 內。
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

一神，就是眾人的父，超乎眾人之上，貫乎眾人之中，也住在眾人之內。祂不是遙遠的神；祂密切地參與我們存在的每一個層面。
我 們 各 人 蒙 恩， 都 是 照 基 督 所 量 給 各 人 的 恩 賜。
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
屬靈感悟
我們各人蒙恩都是照基督所量給各人的恩賜。沒有人在禮物分發中被遺漏。你的恩賜是為你量身定做的。
所 以 經 上 說 ： 他 升 上 高 天 的 時 候， 擄 掠 了 仇 敵， 將 各 樣 的 恩 賜 賞 給 人。
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
屬靈感悟
基督升上的時候，將各樣的恩賜賞給人——就像征服者將戰利品分給祂的子民。祂的得勝成了我們的產業。
（ 既 說 升 上， 豈 不 是 先 降 在 地 下 麼 ？
(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
屬靈感悟
祂升上之前先降下。耶穌先去了最低的地方，然後才被升到最高。福音的模式總是先降後升。
那 降 下 的， 就 是 遠 升 諸 天 之 上 要 充 滿 萬 有 的。 ）
He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
屬靈感悟
那降下的就是遠升諸天之上要充滿萬有的。耶穌不是部分臨在；祂充滿一切。
他 所 賜 的， 有 使 徒， 有 先 知， 有 傳 福 音 的， 有 牧 師 和 教 師，
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
屬靈感悟
使徒、先知、傳福音的、牧師和教師——不同的角色，同一個目的。神給教會多樣性，因為這使命太大了，一種恩賜不夠。
為 要 成 全 聖 徒， 各 盡 其 職， 建 立 基 督 的 身 體，
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
屬靈感悟
這些恩賜是為了成全聖徒、各盡其職、建立基督的身體。目標不是令人印象深刻的領袖——而是被裝備好的普通人做真正的工作。
直 等 到 我 們 眾 人 在 真 道 上 同 歸 於 一， 認 識 神 的 兒 子， 得 以 長 大 成 人， 滿 有 基 督 長 成 的 身 量，
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
屬靈感悟
長大成人，滿有基督長成的身量——成熟對基督徒來說不是可選的。我們要持續成長，直到我們看起來像耶穌。
使 我 們 不 再 作 小 孩 子， 中 了 人 的 詭 計 和 欺 騙 的 法 術， 被 一 切 異 教 之 風 搖 動， 飄 來 飄 去， 就 隨 從 各 樣 的 異 端 ；
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
屬靈感悟
不再作小孩子，被各種教義之風搖動。屬靈成熟帶來穩定——在各種思潮和趨勢四處吹拂時能站穩的能力。
惟 用 愛 心 說 誠 實 話， 凡 事 長 進， 連 於 元 首 基 督，
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
屬靈感悟
用愛心說誠實話——沒有愛的真理是苛刻的，沒有真理的愛是空洞的。我們兩者都需要，向著元首基督長進。
全 身 都 靠 他 聯 絡 得 合 式， 百 節 各 按 各 職， 照 著 各 體 的 功 用 彼 此 相 助， 便 叫 身 體 漸 漸 增 長， 在 愛 中 建 立 自 己。
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
屬靈感悟
全身靠祂聯絡得合式，每個部分各按各職，身體就漸漸增長。你的貢獻很重要——沒有你這塊拼圖，教會不能完全茁壯。
所 以 我 說， 且 在 主 裡 確 實 的 說， 你 們 行 事 不 要 再 像 外 邦 人 存 虛 妄 的 心 行 事。
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

不要再像外邦人存虛妄的心行事。世界的思維方式導向空虛。有一條更好的路。
他 們 心 地 昏 昧， 與 神 所 賜 的 生 命 隔 絕 了， 都 因 自 己 無 知， 心 裡 剛 硬 ；
Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
屬靈感悟
理智昏暗，與神的生命隔絕，都因無知和心裡剛硬。罪不只影響行為——它使思維蒙上陰影。
良 心 既 然 喪 盡， 就 放 縱 私 慾， 貪 行 種 種 的 污 穢。
Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
屬靈感悟
當人失去了感覺，就放縱自己行各樣的不潔。這從小處開始——良心漸漸麻木。這就是為什麼保持心靈柔軟很重要。
你 們 學 了 基 督， 卻 不 是 這 樣。
But ye have not so learned Christ;
屬靈感悟
但你們學了基督，卻不是這樣。多麼有力的對比——認識耶穌改變一切。你學會了一種完全不同的生活方式。
如 果 你 們 聽 過 他 的 道， 領 了 他 的 教， 學 了 他 的 真 理，
If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

如果你們聽過祂的道、領了祂的教、學了祂的真理——真理就在耶穌裡。基督徒的生活源自基督徒的學習——我們活得不同，因為我們受了主的教導。
就 要 脫 去 你 們 從 前 行 為 上 的 舊 人， 這 舊 人 是 因 私 慾 的 迷 惑 漸 漸 變 壞 的 ；
That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
屬靈感悟
脫去從前行為上的舊人——被欺騙的私慾漸漸敗壞的那個。舊的你不是在翻新——它需要完全脫掉，像脫掉髒衣服一樣。
又 要 將 你 們 的 心 志 改 換 一 新，
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
屬靈感悟
要將你們的心志改換一新。改變從心思開始。你所思想的塑造你成為的樣子。更新是一個持續的、每天的過程。
並 且 穿 上 新 人 ； 這 新 人 是 照 著 神 的 形 像 造 的， 有 真 理 的 仁 義 和 聖 潔。
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
屬靈感悟
穿上新人——這新人是照著神的形像造的，有真理的仁義和聖潔。你不只是拋棄舊的——你正在步入神特別為你設計的全新事物。
所 以 你 們 要 棄 絕 謊 言， 各 人 與 鄰 舍 說 實 話， 因 為 我 們 是 互 相 為 肢 體。
Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
屬靈感悟
棄絕謊言，與鄰舍說實話——因為我們是互相為肢體。誠實不只是一條規則；它是健康群體運作的方式。
生 氣 卻 不 要 犯 罪 ； 不 可 含 怒 到 日 落，
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
屬靈感悟
生氣卻不要犯罪——不可含怒到日落。憤怒本身不是敵人。重要的是我們怎麼處理它。要趕快處理。
也 不 可 給 魔 鬼 留 地 步。
Neither give place to the devil.
屬靈感悟
不可給魔鬼留地步。小小的妥協會變成敞開的門。敵人尋找的是立足點，不是正門。
從 前 偷 竊 的， 不 要 再 偷 ； 總 要 勞 力， 親 手 做 正 經 事， 就 可 有 餘 分 給 那 缺 少 的 人。
Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
屬靈感悟
不要再偷，總要勞力做工，就可以有餘分給缺少的人。轉變不是從錯到中性——而是從索取到給予。
污 穢 的 言 語 一 句 不 可 出 口， 只 要 隨 事 說 造 就 人 的 好 話， 叫 聽 見 的 人 得 益 處。
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
屬靈感悟
只要隨事說造就人的好話，叫聽見的人得益處。你的話語不是建造材料就是拆毀工具。要謹慎選擇。
不 要 叫 神 的 聖 靈 擔 憂 ； 你 們 原 是 受 了 他 的 印 記， 等 候 得 贖 的 日 子 來 到。
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
屬靈感悟
不要叫神的聖靈擔憂。聖靈有情感——祂會因我們的選擇而憂傷。這關係就是如此個人化。
一 切 苦 毒 、 惱 恨 、 忿 怒 、 嚷 鬧 、 毀 謗， 並 一 切 的 惡 毒 （ 或 作 ： 陰 毒 ）， 都 當 從 你 們 中 間 除 掉 ；
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
屬靈感悟
苦毒、惱恨、忿怒、嚷鬧、毀謗、一切惡毒——全部都要除掉。這些不只是壞習慣；它們是毒害你靈魂和關係的毒素。
並 要 以 恩 慈 相 待， 存 憐 憫 的 心， 彼 此 饒 恕， 正 如 神 在 基 督 裡 饒 恕 了 你 們 一 樣。
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
屬靈感悟
要以恩慈相待、存憐憫的心、彼此饒恕——正如神在基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。饒恕的標準不是他們配得什麼；而是你領受了什麼。你饒恕是因為你被饒恕了。
