箴言 第 13

智 慧 子 聽 父 親 的 教 訓 ； 褻 慢 人 不 聽 責 備。
A wise son heareth his father’s instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.
屬靈感悟
有智慧的孩子在父親教導時留心聆聽。但傲慢的人連最慈愛的糾正都聽不進去。
人 因 口 所 結 的 果 子， 必 享 美 福 ； 奸 詐 人 必 遭 強 暴。
A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth: but the soul of the transgressors shall eat violence.
屬靈感悟
當你以溫柔和智慧說話時，你滋養了自己的靈魂。但活在過犯中的人吞噬的是暴力而非美好。
謹 守 口 的， 得 保 生 命 ； 大 張 嘴 的， 必 致 敗 亡。
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
屬靈感悟
守住你的口，其實就是守住你的命。不加思索地張嘴，就是向災難敞開大門。
懶 惰 人 羨 慕， 卻 無 所 得 ； 殷 勤 人 必 得 豐 裕。
The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
屬靈感悟
懶惰人什麼都想要，卻什麼也得不到。但勤奮的人會發現自己的渴望被豐豐富富地滿足。
義 人 恨 惡 謊 言 ； 惡 人 有 臭 名， 且 致 慚 愧。
A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.
屬靈感悟
義人對謊言深惡痛絕——他們覺得謊言令人作嘔。惡人對虛假习以為常，最終卻跌入羞愧之中。
行 為 正 直 的， 有 公 義 保 守 ； 犯 罪 的， 被 邪 惡 傾 覆。
Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.
屬靈感悟
公義如同守護者，保護行在其中的人。然而邪惡卻成為推翻罪人自身的元凶。
假 作 富 足 的， 卻 一 無 所 有 ； 裝 作 窮 乏 的， 卻 廣 有 財 物。
There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.
屬靈感悟
有些人假裝富有，卻一無所有。有些人看似貧窮，卻擁有真正持久的財富。現實和表面很少是一致的。
人 的 資 財 是 他 生 命 的 贖 價 ； 窮 乏 人 卻 聽 不 見 威 嚇 的 話。
The ransom of a man’s life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.
屬靈感悟
財富有時可以作為保命的贖價。窮人雖然一無所有，至少避開了某些特定的麻煩。
義 人 的 光 明 亮 （ 原 文 是 歡 喜 ） ； 惡 人 的 燈 要 熄 滅 .。
The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.
屬靈感悟
義人的光輝明亮而喜樂地照耀。但惡人的燈卻被熄滅，只剩下黑暗。
驕 傲 只 啟 爭 競 ； 聽 勸 言 的， 卻 有 智 慧。
Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
屬靈感悟
大多數衝突都源於驕傲——有人堅持自己是對的。智慧存在於那些願意聆聽和接受建議的人之中。
不 勞 而 得 之 財 必 然 消 耗 ； 勤 勞 積 蓄 的， 必 見 加 增。
Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.
屬靈感悟
來得快又容易的錢，消失得也一樣快。透過耐心勞動累積的財富則穩步增長，歷久不衰。
所 盼 望 的 遲 延 未 得， 令 人 心 憂 ； 所 願 意 的 臨 到， 卻 是 生 命 樹。
Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.
屬靈感悟
無盡地等待你所期盼的事，會磨損你的心直到它感到痛苦。但當那渴望終於實現時，它為你的靈魂注入新的生命。
藐 視 訓 言 的， 自 取 滅 亡 ； 敬 畏 誡 命 的， 必 得 善 報。
Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.
屬靈感悟
輕視上帝話語的人走向毁滅。但敬畏祂誡命的人將發現超越想像的獎賞。
智 慧 人 的 法 則 （ 或 譯 ： 指 教 ） 是 生 命 的 泉 源， 可 以 使 人 離 開 死 亡 的 網 羅。
The law of the wise is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
屬靈感悟
智者的教導如同維持生命的泉源。它引導你遠離那些通往死亡的隱藏陷阱。
美 好 的 聰 明 使 人 蒙 恩 ； 奸 詐 人 的 道 路 崎 嶇 難 行。
Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.
屬靈感悟
良好的見識為你贏得恩寵，打開大門。但背叛正道的人走的路是崎嶇的、痛苦的、孤獨的。
凡 通 達 人 都 憑 知 識 行 事 ； 愚 昧 人 張 揚 自 己 的 愚 昧。
Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly.
屬靈感悟
精明的人帶著知識和目的行事。愚昧人卻自豪地展示自己的無知。
奸 惡 的 使 者 必 陷 在 禍 患 裡 ； 忠 信 的 使 臣 乃 醫 人 的 良 藥。
A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health.
屬靈感悟
不可靠的使者走到哪裡都惹麻煩。但忠實的使者帶來醫治和安慰。
棄 絕 管 教 的， 必 致 貧 受 辱 ； 領 受 責 備 的， 必 得 尊 榮。
Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured.
屬靈感悟
拒絕教導直接導致貧窮和羞愧。但以謙卑接受糾正的人，最終必得尊榮。
所 欲 的 成 就， 心 覺 甘 甜 ； 遠 離 惡 事， 為 愚 昧 人 所 憎 惡。
The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but it is abomination to fools to depart from evil.
屬靈感悟
當一個長久以來的渴望終於實現時，有一種深層的甘甜。然而愚昧人連考慮遠離邪惡都覺得令人作嘔。
與 智 慧 人 同 行 的， 必 得 智 慧 ； 和 愚 昧 人 作 伴 的， 必 受 虧 損。
He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
屬靈感悟
與智慧人同行，你自己也會變得更有智慧。與愚昧人為伴，他們的敗落也將成為你的。
禍 患 追 趕 罪 人 ； 義 人 必 得 善 報。
Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed.
屬靈感悟
禍患如同無情的追蹤者，追趕著罪人。但善良找到義人，忠實地報答他們。
善 人 給 子 孫 遺 留 產 業 ； 罪 人 為 義 人 積 存 資 財。
A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
屬靈感悟
好人為尚未出生的世代留下有意義的產業。諷刺的是，罪人的財富最終會為正義所用。
窮 人 耕 種 多 得 糧 食， 但 因 不 義， 有 消 滅 的。
Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment.
屬靈感悟
即使是窮人，透過勤勉耕種也能生產豐盛。但缺乏良好的判斷力，再多的資源也會被浪費。
不 忍 用 杖 打 兒 子 的， 是 恨 惡 他 ； 疼 愛 兒 子 的， 隨 時 管 教。
He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
屬靈感悟
不管教孩子不是愛——是疏忽。真正的愛會及早且持續地糾正，因為你關心他們將成為什麼樣的人。
義 人 吃 得 飽 足 ； 惡 人 肚 腹 缺 糧。
The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want.
屬靈感悟
義人吃得心滿意足，身心都得飽足。但惡人無論消耗多少，內心總是感到空虛。
